This is the Eggs Benedict journey so far. Starting in March 2021 until today. Of course I ate EB before then, I just didn’t write about it.
I’ve had the breakfast delight in many places in the Australian Capital Territory, three other states, and in the UK, for this project. Some have been amazing, others not so much.
